Texas department of state health services require that you have a commercial kitchen that meets the State requirements as well as the local regulations. We have taken the guess work out of the equation and set up a brand-new (launched in March 2022) commercial prep kitchen facility that is 100% Plant-based and is conveniently located off State Highway 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway) in North DFW.
